ARYA EXPEDITIONS
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Arya Expeditions (“the Company”) operates as a travel planner and tour facilitator, organizing island expeditions, tours, and related travel services in Palawan, Philippines. By booking with us, you (“the Client”) agree to the terms outlined below.
2. BOOKING & RESERVATION POLICY
- A booking is considered confirmed once the required deposit payment is received.
- The remaining balance must be paid on or before the tour date unless otherwise agreed.
- Clients must provide accurate personal information (full name, contact details, etc.).
- Arya Expeditions reserves the right to decline bookings at its discretion.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
- Payments may be made via GCash, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.
- All payments must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless stated otherwise.
- Any bank transfer or transaction fees are shouldered by the client.
4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- More than 7 days before tour: Refundable (less processing fees)
- 3–7 days before tour: 50% refundable
- Less than 72 hours / No-show: Non-refundable
In case of cancellation due to bad weather, government restrictions, or safety concerns, the Company may offer rescheduling OR a partial/full refund (depending on supplier policies).
5. RESCHEDULING POLICY
Rescheduling is allowed at least 3 days before the tour (subject to availability). Last-minute changes may incur additional charges.
6. ITINERARY CHANGES
Itineraries may change due to weather conditions, sea conditions, safety concerns, or local authority regulations. The Company reserves the right to modify tours for safety without prior notice.
7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow all safety instructions from guides and crew
- Arrive on time at designated meeting points
- Respect local laws, environment, and communities
- Disclose any medical conditions prior to the tour
8. HEALTH & FITNESS DECLARATION
Clients confirm they are physically fit to join island expeditions and water activities. Clients with medical conditions (e.g., heart problems, pregnancy, injuries) must inform the Company before booking.
9. LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By joining the tour, the Client acknowledges that island expeditions involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Boat travel risks
- Swimming/snorkeling hazards
- Slips, falls, or injuries
- Weather-related risks
The Client voluntarily assumes all risks. Arya Expeditions acts as a coordinator with third-party providers (boat operators, guides, transport services). The Company shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or death, loss or damage of personal belongings, or delays or cancellations caused by third-party providers.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
Arya Expeditions shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, typhoons, government restrictions, pandemics, or transportation disruptions.
11. INSURANCE
Travel insurance is not included unless stated. Clients are highly encouraged to secure their own travel insurance.
12. PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENT
The Company may take photos/videos during tours for marketing purposes. Clients who do not wish to be included must inform the Company in writing.
13. PRIVACY POLICY
Client information will be kept confidential and used only for booking and operational purposes.
